About SAPL
SAPL is a specialised building consultancy. As a business, we have an extensive amount of experience across building defect issues that strata managers are required to service, and we have many years of experience in commercial and industrial building.
We have worked over a 25 year timeline to engage with and develop a specialised and experienced group of people to help us investigate, identify, and resolve building issues. We’ve forged strong relationships with experienced building firms, legal services groups, and other necessary parties who assist us when it comes to providing required outcomes and solutions.
As a business, we have been involved in delivering an excess of $30 million to aggrieved Owners Corporations alone for the remediation of defective building construction over the past decade. We provide technical reports and advice in relation to older buildings and appropriate cost-effective maintenance strategies so you can manage your finances and avoid future risks.
About Steve Alexander
Steve Alexander is the principal at SAPL and was a registered practising architect for over 35 years. He completed a law degree in the early 1990s, has practiced at the bar, and from that time established a specialised building consultancy that is tailored to provide advice and assistance to strata managers and the building industry when it comes to building defect issues.
About Martin Alexander
Martin Alexander is the senior associate of SAPL. He has been directly involved in the building industry since the late 1990s with extensive project-based experience. He has owned and operated a remedial building operation for seven years and has held senior positions on both a state and national level with both private and public companies.
